Some of the cool stuffs I have experienced : COE for Innovation and R&D, approachable technologists, seasoned mentors, clear process, transparent system, flat organization, not having too many touch points for decision making, great visionaries as part of the leadership team, strong vision and with appropriate strategy, agility, lots of fun events and teams and it’s a BIG family !!!
Work life Balance : Extremely good, you plan and execute what you want and the management will help you to go places.
Salary : It’s a value driven organization and Altimetrik doesn’t have any restrictions in bringing the right talent to achieve their vision.
Personal Growth : Leadership team has a great vision with a strong strategy to achieve it. As I have already mentioned Altimetrik is a value driven organization and its very transparent in terms of performance management system with clear process in place. We have good mentors with vast experience who can guide the junior folks to achieve what they want with a systematic approach.

Cons
We use many open source tools for our internal data gathering which is not very superior when compared to the proprietary tools but we are happy as we are contributing to the open source community by using them in corporates like us.
