      Pros

      Supportive and and not your typical consulting house (which is a good thing) as it has a family feel and everyone is willing to assist in ensuring you and the customer succeeds. Consultants are some of the best I have come across to date and enjoyed the company getaways.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow and risk adverse strategies which limits growth of company and the team.

      Great culture for a consulting company. Career growth opportunity especially for more Junior consultant.

      Cons

      Strategic decisions too often driven by sales only. Management hesitant to explore new markets/technologies/ Limited career growth opportunity after a certain level.

      Pros

      Great, supportive and "real" culture - I've seen a few and Altis is by far, way ahead of most. Focused on happy employees and happy customers before profits. Family friendly. Active in the community and encourage employees to be the same.

      Cons

      Hard to find people that "get" the culture. I'd rather play pool/billiards instead of foosball. If I find some others I'll repost.
