Pros

Employees are pretty friendly They really take care of your protective gear Pretty chill with 30 minutes lunch and 10 minutes breaks

Cons

Low pay for location Raises are.pretty much non existent .25 a year Mandatory overtime, long 13 hour days Mandatory weekends They push OT to the limit making you work 13 days in a row Place is noisy Operators room is noisy and air quality feels pretty toxic Management pushes you to the limit specially at the end of the month Spanish is a must 99% of the company speaks Spanish, some only speak Spanish Very small employee parking No inhouse HR Hard to get a hold of HR when needed They charged our operating hours to accommodate new employees after decades of work They make machine operators do trailer loading jobs
