Pros

The only pro is overtime work.

Cons

Facility is under staffed. Machine operators especially on night shift tend to work 7 days a week with 12 hour shifts. Operating 2 lines on most days while having to complete quality paper work, relieving out other operators and packers on breaks. Little too no support from other departments throughout the night. Most of the operators leave work dead tired from having to be the work that 3 or more people should be doing.
