      Pros

      The mission and vision of the CEO, and company as a whole, are inspiring. Being able to work for a company that deeply cares for both their patients and employees has been amazing. There is a strong focus on developing the people that are here in order to move up, which was a huge reason why I decided to work here. Being able to work for a company whose main goal is to combat the opioid crisis is great as well.

      The training is a bit long an monotonous.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Zynex. The CEO has an amazing vision and truly cares about his employees and patients. Management puts a lot of effort in ensuring employees feel recognized and appreciated. The company is growing very rapidly and there are many opportunities for those interested in expanding their knowledge and growing with the company. I really like their benefits and PTO package which is much more generous than my previous job.

      Growing Company with a great Mission/Vision

      Pros

      This company genuinely cares about their employees and patients. I have never been a part of a company that works this hard to include employees' thoughts/input. Management is great to work with, the pay is above average, an amazing benefits package, and fun company events. It's rewarding to work for and be a part of a company that is committed to helping patients treat their pain without Opioids. I have built many great relationships while working the past few years at Zynex. If you are looking for a rewarding, purposeful career (not just a job), then Zynex is the place for you!
