Pros

- Health benefits - Daily breakfast and lunch provided by company

Cons

- IT department is painfully small for the size of the company - Employees operate in proprietary software that is over 10 years old, slow, and prone to bugs/errors - Underpayment of employees considering their skillsets and knowledge of medical conditions, ability to provide treatment recommendations safely and effectively *tenured team members, team leads & management especially underpaid* - Little opportunities for growth/transition - Food provided by company is actually quite low quality, food poisoning once

Pros

Good sales experience and also good rejection exposure to set you up for success in any future sales role. I also had some great team members who were awesome to hang out with/learn from.

Cons

Okay now to the nitty gritty: shady company. They specifically make you say things in your sales pitch that sounds like certain items will be covered by insurance, when in reality they aren’t. Their billing practices are shady and they have been sued multiple times about their billing practices. It started getting to a point where I had providers and patients constantly calling me about billing, requesting some sort of support, when the only thing that I could do was refer them to the patient experience team. I built my territory from the ground up, and I started losing several providers when they caught onto the shady billing practices. This was very frustrating, especially because no one could really help me with this issue after I spent two years building my territory. Also, the training is garbage. You’re never actually fully prepared and you just have a base level understanding of everything. Lastly, because of their billing practices they have had to lay off a ton of employees due to loss of money. This is what happens when you bite the hand that feeds you definitely not a long-term option, run after one year.
