Pros

In my position especially, you get to speak with, and help, so many different people of different walks of life. I love this! The patients are usually very friendly and conversive, and it makes my day go by quickly, and my day is also enjoyable. The company also provides many benefits to its employees, which makes those harder days worth it.

Cons

Sometimes, things can get to be a lot when the person you are trying to help is upset. The higher-ups are sympathetic to this, supplying relaxation rooms when you need to take a step away though. At the end of the day, my position is a customer service based position and will have some of those hardships other customer service based positions have, but I feel it is much more manageable.

Honestly So Far So Good!

Pay and benefits are competitive, training was pretty thorough with a few exceptions, definitely lots of support/materials to help sales team be successful. I've only been with the company a little under a month but so far I'm enjoying it and feel it's a good fit. I've liked all the people I've interacted with in the company and truly do believe in their mission/products. My RSM is great, very knowledgable and helpful. Territory managers have a lot of freedom to do whatever they need to do in their schedule, as long as you're hitting clinics and getting sales and doing your job, no one is breathing down your neck which is nice. There are also tons of resources and support at the corporate level so it's good to know that it's a well oiled machine. Gave it 4 stars only because I'm still just starting out so it's hard to say for sure, but we're off to a great start! Hopefully will be 5 stars in a few months.

Cons

Really the only cons are things you'll find in any large corporate company. Regional Sales Managers are spread a bit thin, so you have to be ok with not being babied and not having constant access to your boss. But they do have other resources to help offset that. There's a couple things that get glossed over in training that they want us to avoid at the corporate level, but is not realistic to avoid out in the field (such as exact pricing on products and billing, monthly shipments of electrodes and batteries to patients). Not the end of the world, just something to navigate and try to keep clinics/patients happy.
