- Great people and culture. You actually want to spend a lot of time with the people who work here - You will learn a ton both about the TMT industries and consulting in general - No weekend work - Weekly company sponsored happy hours, many other events - Fantastic exit opportunities - Pay is similar to MBB

Cons

- Projects are at the mercy of the clients, and senior leadership do not push back as much as they should - Long hours happen reasonably often, unpredictability of your hours is tough

Incredibly smart people, the firm is very qualified at what they do. Clients tend to be high brow PE firms and top Telecom companies. Everyone is very social and kind.

Cons

WL balance is not great, most consulting analysts and consultants work over 60 hours a week.
