- "blaming" culture and doesnt feel like an inclusive team mentality while working - Majority of work is due diligence in Telcos and you get no say in what project you are put on despite what they say - no HR processes or visibility - one person for all of UK and that was never enough - Very little chance of success as an experienced hire in a culture that is driven by junior hires as analysts - non-existent female representation in manager and above ranks

+ interesting projects, either strategy or due diligences (no operations etc) + big PE shops as clients, fantastic exposure to live deals + promotions based on merit and not on “tenure” + top of the market compensation and benefit + smart colleagues, funny environment, and admin staff is always super helpful + great leadership

Cons

- Hours can be demanding if you are staffed on a time sensitive project - Limited (but still present) exposure to clients for junior levels
