You have the opportunity to help build one of the hottest startups based in Dallas You will be challenged and rewarded everyday. You will have a high level of autonomy. You will have regular access to the Leadership Team, who listen and act on real-time feedback, ideas and suggestions. The organization is flat vs matrixed, allowing teams to execute quickly. You will be able to execute on creative, out of the box solutions to complex problems.

Cons

This is a fast-paced startup and as such, there is work to be done on processes, programs, culture and organization, which is to be expected at this stage of company.
