Startup vibe with an exciting and growing future. You always hear about "the good ole' days" when things were new in a company and there was so much to do and everyone jumped in with both hands and made it happen, this is Alto right now. Alto has a great culture with people that are actually people and care for one another. As the company grows each member of the team is shaping where Alto is going and everyone is working together.
Cons
This is a startup which means everything isn't perfectly laid out and not everything is setup in the way that a 20+ year old corporation is setup. There has to be some expectation that if you are asking a question that you might be the first one. For some this can be stressful, for others exciting. This is just the reality for a growing company.
