The culture at Alto is very warm and welcoming. Honestly the best company I've ever worked for. To witness the teamwork that went into opening another market was such an inspiring experience. There are also opportunities to advance within the company which is definitely a plus.

Cons

Currently no cons, but a person lacking adaptability to change may not be a good fit.

Fast paced, fun, and challenging. What more would you want? The company strives for constant improvement and your ideas matter and you are given the autonomy to make decisions and take action quickly. Working in the exciting world of mobility and being at the front of a company changing rideshare.

Cons

Really none, more processes are always welcome at a startup but that's part of the fun you have the autonomy to help create those processes and make continue to improve them.
