Pros

• Company provides and maintains their own fleet of vehicles, including fuel costs • No need to use personal vehicle for rideshare driving • Professional appearance and upscale service concept • Clean, well-maintained vehicles • Fixed hourly wage rather than per-ride payment structure

Cons

• Systematic violation of labor laws regarding mandatory breaks during long shifts • Unsafe working conditions due to denial of bathroom breaks • Erratic scheduling with insufficient rest periods between shifts • Management consistently prioritizes ride coverage over driver wellbeing • Poor communication from dispatch regarding breaks and schedule flexibility • Unrealistic expectations during peak times with no consideration for basic human needs • Promises made during orientation don't match actual working conditions • Required to keep personal phone in glovebox, limiting access to important information • High-stress environment with inadequate support systems

Pros

Most of the employees are great to work with.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the drivers. They are rude and tease about the bonus opportunities. Management lets the supervisors drink on duty, and watch and share pornographic images with others while turning a blind eye. This was a shitshow. Do not apply here it isn't what they tell you it is.

Pros

Pretty flexible with the schedule.

Cons

Cutting employee hours is usually first aid for cutting costs. Will make changes to company policy without alerting employees. There is currently a class-action lawsuit against the company.
