Great technicians that know what they are doing and take pride in their work.

Cons

Everything about management.No responsibility, integrity, proper ability, knowledge, leadership and the list goes on. They actualy hinder the production on the company.

Cons

You will be over looked if you are not on the good side of the "important" techs. You will be passed up if someone has created a bad name for you and stone walled on chances of moving up in the company or getting opportunities to work on big projects

Stay away from non-union jobs here

Pros

Once a quarter they’d buy non-union employees a sandwich from Arby’s. This is honestly all I could think of!

Cons

They have both Union and non union jobs here. Union jobs are okay. Non-union jobs are beyond horrible. Massive turnover, incompetence management. Yelling and name calling is common. Worst job I ever had. Lousy pay and horrible benefits.
