Lied about several things. Found out that 450 customers were assigned to a parts warehouse lead so labor commission & part’s commission. And this is no joke, I ran a query for all customers in all the counties in my territory that had 10 machines or less and found this out 4 days in. Then there best rep called one of my customers, I noticed it a day after it happened, called him and simply said “hey just a fyi this customer is in my area” and he lost his mind, These people will pay you as little as possible and expect everything. This company leans on the equipment they sell and think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread and it’s so annoying. All the outside sales reps talk bad about the management, each made it s point to tell me they stay away from the office because of the personnel in the office. Person before me quit after 1 day. Rep in another territory quit after 10 months. They cater to the rep that forces service agreements down people’s throats.
