- interesting mission - good scientists

Cons

- advancement is often based on favoritism, not competence - leadership does not like criticism - the computation division is run by people with little or no experience in machine learning and is now all about process and paperwork

It's a wonderful place, very creative and collaborative that truly encourages to find solutions to reverse aging and disease.
