      Pros

      Company doesn't ask too much of its people, it's a fair worklife balance unless aggressively seeking promotions.

      Cons

      The business moves very slowly and there's a lot of bureaucracy. Not a lot of movement and growth since the company is shrinking (despite what they tell you)
