      Pros

      Flexible workspace for some departments. Opportunities exist as long as you seek them. Recent promotions for POC. LGBT community has a voice. Constantly giving back to the community with volunteer hours and financially.

      Cons

      Individuals that speak the right language and do minimal work are recognized and praised. Flexibility is not consistent across departments.

      Serious investment in people- training and career advancement opportunities. Large company with incredible amounts of information and data to make good decisions.

      Cons

      You need to move a lot to keep moving up. Innovation and creativity are encouraged but nearly impossible in a very regulated space. Hard company to move forward. Everyone is very cautious.
