Micromanagement, long hours, toxic, accountability, limited career growth

The culture has shifted heavily toward surveillance and micromanagement. Field reps are monitored closely and expected to explain daily activity in detail, including call timing and reporting metrics. Instead of being trusted to manage a territory, employees spend a large portion of time defending numbers and administrative reporting. Priorities change frequently and direction is inconsistent, which creates constant stress and confusion in the field. There is significant pressure from multiple levels of management and little autonomy to make decisions that actually help customers. The environment has become more about internal scrutiny than supporting sales or retailer relationships. Many employees feel they are being evaluated on spreadsheets rather than performance in the market. This has had a noticeable impact on morale and burnout.
