Pros

Salary is very competitive and company car for personal use is great. Work schedule is yours to make. Compensation for mobile phone and home internet is fantastic.

Cons

Leadership has shifted (for the worse) since aquiring two new companies. Direction is often ambigious and plans always change midstream making it frustrating for the field sales force and retailers. I plan on pursuing other opportunities.

Large Corporate setting, great benefits, many great people to work with, try to be trend setters in their market segment.

Cons

dying industry, management styles are dinosaurs, its a race to a funnel point for the last jobs and the workers with seniority don't want to jeapordize their standing from newer highers
