      Pros

      The opportunity and compensation are extremely competitive. If you completely apply yourself, you can make your own career path based solely on merit.

      Cons

      Overworked, no compensation for continuous add ons of job expectations, and poor follow through of explanation of expectations. Worked to the ground and rarely rewarded.

      Pros

      Very good compensation package and amazing benefits from day one on the job including 3 weeks of paid vacation time.

      Cons

      Tedious and boring work. The job requires next to know real thought when doing daily job activities. Management never gives a clear time line nor sticks to any time line that is give in terms of deadlines or plans for changes.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package and competitive salary. Even though there was the need for headcount reduction, provided a very generous separation package.

      Cons

      Very few opportunities for advancment. You are either constantly reshuffled, or sit stagnant in the same job/department.
