      The people are wonderful. In this role, you have a lot of freedom in how you accomplish your goals. If you are lucky to have a great manager that will make all of the difference

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy which can be frustrating. At times can feel like an "old boys" club.

      This company gives you every chance to succeed if you are willing to do the work. You learn a lot and this company, as well as upper level management, want to see you succeed and grow and they will give you honest feedback and push you to do better. Pay is great. Benefits are great. Provided a car. Create your own hours.

      Cons

      Your office is your home so sometimes work is hard to get away from sometimes. Your office is your home so if you aren't self motivated you will not succeed in this job.
