1. Diversity not friendly.
When you are minority races, you will be treated different way. I am an Asian, so I feel like my coworker kept reporting and complaining me to the manager, whatever she thinks that can hurt me. Even some mistakes other coworkers could make, she would ignore it. Only focus on me.
2/Bad management. Too political working environment.
From HR to your manager, nobody will speak for you. They just listen to their old employees feedback. They never known what's going on in the real clinic work. HR building is a mile away from main hospital, and manager office is in the separate building. Who cares you are right or wrong. They just listen to those old workers, maybe they can keep hospital making money from the patients. If you're a new worker and get bullied by others, I'm sorry you can do nothing here.
My feeling of working here is just like I was running for the President of America. You can't pay my attention on my job, Although there is something needs to be improved, lots of things distract you from getting growth. In stead, I have to deal with my coworkers bad mouth on me.
3/Coworkers talking all the time.
My coworker was talking about me all the time, but I can do nothing with it. because I am new here. I deserve getting this. Drama.
I'm kind of new to this job. I've never seen this employer before. They will count 'mistakes' you had before, doesn't matter they're correct or wrong, doesn't matter you did before or already improved, They don't care. They only know, there is other new here, you can leave now.
