Very hard job for little pay. I would only work this job if you are planning on using it for the experience and to gain experiences you can write about when applying to schools.

short staffed all of the time 3% annual raise…. which is not enough you have to ask for PTO fairly far in advance old technology/supplies noticeable budget cuts for supplies management tends to side with patient satisfaction compared to employee satisfaction have to change your password q3months, which isn’t the worst but it’s annoying
