Pros

Great Financial product that truly is valuable to SMB RIAs

Cons

Narcissist leaders with big ego and no clear product to show for. They have absolutely 0 interpersonal skills. Weirdest bunch of leaders to work for. HR function is a joke. Only people who are working for long are the ones who can brown nose their management. Their value system is a joke but not sure why they want to test those in the interviews. Its not about being a startup and fast paced, its about the people.
