      Pros

      Exceptional group of office personnel. Everyone works well together. No sense of any clicks or preferential treatment. The program here is vital to our Embassies well being and everyone has a vested interest in providing a top notch professional product.

      Cons

      As the program grows, there is a need for additional qualified staff. Finding security cleared applicants limits the pool of candidates.

      Pros

      Are there any? I don't know of any. It was a paycheck? I have to type 20 words here? There's no pros to even speak of except the one time the boss made pancakes and grilled cheeses for everyone in the office.

      Cons

      If you aren't part of the in-crowd then you won't go far. Office is very cliquey with managers having obvious biases and favorites. You can be right about things and still get in trouble just because you're not friends with the right person. Absolutely no objective problem-solving whatsoever. Unclear directions for many projects, leading to issues with final products and having to re-do many projects.

      Pros

      Gave me plenty of opportunity to grow. They noticed I had potential and promoted me accordingly. Pay was very good. Better than anything around. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Sometimes they get into industries they shouldn't and seem to take their lumps figuring out what to do.
