      Pros

      Good pay for this area.

      Cons

      Very rigid and strict schedule, 5 minute breaks every hour on the hour, only two weeks of leave per year and that includes sick/vacation. Benefits are progressively getting worse. No empowerment or opportunity for advancement for employees.

      Pros

      They hire people without interviewing. Pay was good and the health benefits were priced well.

      Cons

      They terminate contracts without informing their employees. Only reason I found out I was losing my job was because my manager on the job site was notified of funding cuts.

      Pros

      Great pay for being a security officer.

      Cons

      When the contract is over you are not going to get a life line, even if you save someones life and get an award and bring notoriety to Alutiiq you will (for some reason) not be hired for other sites to work.
