      The management team is very focused on customer satisfaction and they know that talented and happy employees will make their customers happy.

      Pros

      Great management team, benefits, flexibility, high level of autonomy, valuable experience and a purposeful mission. I can’t speak for the other locations, but the Havelock site just sets the bar high in terms of culture, environment, and efficiency and I’ve worked many contract and permanent jobs. Working here, you feel like you are part of a family and a greater purpose. I would love to work for them again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

      Cons

      I honestly can’t come up with any. I guess there are always continuous improvement opportunities as with all companies, but for me I do not have one complaint about my experience there.
