Very well run division in Washington DC area. GM was very responsive client oriented and "did the right things" in order to maintain a high level of compliance and performance. Information sharing from top to bottom was above average for a company this size and upper management spent the time to personally visit and answer questions from all levels of the organization.

Cons

Complex structures make the organization little less responsive due to authorizations and approval levels.
