      Pros

      Decent benefits, no micromanagement, good working environment, company is growing after a year or two of trimming down.

      Cons

      Lower management seems not to have accountability. No employee feedback. No annual bonuses or performance appraisals. Little communication of changes throughout org.

      Fun buy way too many hours for a Salary Employee

      Pros

      Fun job, good training, great Co workers. I was able to deal and work directly with the client, my co workers and my officers. I was given great training and was able to train others.

      Cons

      I was salary and worked on average 60-70 hours a week and was only paid for 40 but that's salary for you. On call 24/7 received call offs and phone calls on all holidays, weekends, nights all the time and not paid for any additional time put in.

      The bottom line is the most important item to this company. They are in no way concerned about their people or what they put them through on contract negotiations. I have been moved 3 times in the past 5 months because they have unstable contracts.
