      Pros

      For R.N.'s the lack of policy/procedures, corporate medical policies and the "give them whatever they want" ( to keep residents happy) policy made me question liability and licensure issues

      Management and leadership were superb! The company had the best PM I have ever had the privilege to work with. The client Leadership was equally superior I would work for them again in a heartbeat!
