      Pros

      Paid on time. Getting to help the military. Fixed schedule Ability to network with other professionals.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership. Unable to reach HR. No employer/employee loyalty. Not all employees treated the same, regardless of work ethic.

      Pros

      The company offers part time employees medical and dental benefits that are really inexpensive and you can pretty much choose your work days.

      Shift work and if you have no seniority you will be stuck working nights

      Pros

      Very little that I can think of right now.

      Cons

      Management changes often and doesn't really know govt contracting. They get show cause and cure notices like its candy and never seemed too concerned. They hire and fire often, be prepared for constant change. The only reason they keep getting contracts from the Govt is they are an AK native 8(a) company - you will never meet an AK Native.
