The company has people in guam that lack PR skills and have no authority to make decsions on any matter.

Does have good managers and alot of financial backing

Cons

Manager in guam has no authority to settle any disputes at its lowest level,Must always be forwarded to Alaska,or Virginia or Hawaii to get approval.Time constraints is a large factor.
