Without the ethics hotline our employees have no other course to seek help.

Cons

senior mangement off island have no true idea of what is happening with its operation.depends on assitant site manger to feed them erounous information of whom is very biased and unjust. The company has disiplinary procedures but terminates without getting facts.

Job security. Native American (Alaskan) company with preferential treatment. Only 15% of employees are actual employees. The remaining are contractors.

Cons

NO private sector experience. Solely exists of US Government preferential treatment. Thus management is not engaged for the best interest of the company.
