      Pros

      Calm, cooperative work environment. Everyone is very approachable. Supervisors are flexible with scheduling and time off.

      Cons

      There is a very strict 19 hour limit for part-time employees. This is not exclusive to ACC, but rather to colleges and universities in the U.S.

      Loved the atmosphere and the students. The job allowed a flexible schedule. Loved teaching/

      Cons

      There was no orientation and guidelines for the position. Change in supervisor mid-year. Manager incorrectly concluded that I didn't like him or the college. Based on what he thought that I thought, he requested my resignation.
