      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, students are very nice!!!

      Cons

      No ensentive to do better with a garanteed promise of never getting a raise! If you do end up getting an increase it's because they're 20 yrs behind in pay levels and cost of living. They will drag you down by the promise of full time, and make every excuse of why the couldn't doit this yr...

      Pros

      Could be a wonderful job, but they depend on Adjunct instructors to teach the courses. I really enjoyed my experience there.

      Cons

      They don't hire full time faculty. There is only one or two instructors in each science field who actually work full time. They depend on Adjunct faculty too much, which hurts the college culture and the students learning the subject material.

      Pros

      The management is nice and understanding. Students are friendly and ready to learn. Very casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other areas. Your pay can get cut if less than 10 students show up and there is no bonus for having more students in your class.
