Cons

There are layoffs at the company. Company is moving away from full remote work.

Very good to their employees

Pros

The benefits and working conditions are excellent, especially the generous number of holidays aside from your PTO. For those living close to an AmTrust office, the schedule is hybrid, but if you live further out, you can be fully remote. The company seems to really care about its employees.

Cons

Like many insurance companies with the extensive regulations and history AmTrust has, the bureaucracy can be a little tedious.

- Competent and Engaged Colleagues - Decent work environment - Interesting and engaging projects - Constructive Management - Hybrid Work (2 days remote, 3 days on-site per week)

Cons

- Pay - Downtown Location / High Traffic during rush hours - Hybrid Work (no option for 100% remote)
