Pros

No pros besides free coffee.

Cons

The audit department is severely mismanaged after they hired new managers in 2025 and gutted old ones. The new managers are incompetent and are possibly committing fraud. This has been brought to HR's attention multiple times by multiple employees and yet nothing has been done. You are paid too little to survive with .10-.40 cent raises each year. There are no options to advance your career. They overwork staff, micromanage and will make your life absolutely awful. They do not care or listen to their employees. Do not work here.

Pros

The massive amount of holiday time off given by the company

Cons

Management will change constantly, you will be stuck training with someone that will tell you that you did a process wrong DESPITE you doing said process the exact same way you were trained to do, management will often say negative things about you to other staff when they think no one is paying attention, micromanaging, stuck with tasks that management doesn’t want to do even though you have a massive amount of work on your plate already, coworkers are toxic and treat you like you are incapable of doing anything

Pros

Supportive company culture, great people. Company invests in technology that makes employees' lives easier. Lots of paid time off (standard 15 days PTO plus 7 holidays and additional "AmTrust Holidays" which can vary from 7 to 12 extra days). Clear company strategy and very competent leadership.

Cons

OK 401(k) match but it doesn't vest until after you've been with the company 3 years. Tracking software to measure how long you're on your computer--even for salaried employees. Company used to be flexible regarding work from home, but is now requiring everyone to be in-office at least 4 days a week. Annual pay raises are weak, but as a pro--at least there are pay raises.
