They gave me my first IT opportunity after finishing my degree. Learned to code in VB.NET as I only knew C#

Cons

A lot of favoritism played. Low salary for an IT position especially with the amount of work we got. I personally felt like I was bugging my manager when asked her a question. Mind you I never really asked her for much.

Co-workers are very nice and helpful, and good PTO. The positive of all the company acquisitions is that their will always be work.

Cons

Senior Management is very poor in most of the departments, and can be difficult to gain any promotion if you are not kissing someone's behind. Pay is on the lower end in most departments, especially if your department isn't considered important.
