There are a lot of smart people working on my team from which I learn a lot everyday. While I read a lot of negative reviews about AmTrust - I feel that AmTrust is not much different than other places. It is a good place to start - it probably is a good place to come back to with a lot of experience and I've seen exceptional people advance from within.

Cons

I don't see many wrong things about this place - it is a place to work! I am glad Cleveland has a big insurer like AmTrust - God knows it needs more places like it.
