The managers are awesome and very helpful. New employees get a lot of training and help to be successful in their roles, Lots of new technologies to learn. Lots of great benefits.

Pros

Excellent work environment with a great work life balance. Co-workers are always helpful and willing to help with issues, or to cross train/pair code. and there is room for advancement.

Cons

The Health insurance is not good. it applies way too much to deductible. They should talk to Cigna.
