Holidays, vacations and ability to work from home (if that is still a thing there)

Cons

Management is a joke. They have absolutely no interest in you as an employee but only if you make them look good. Once you do make them look good they will then take the credit for it. Bad management comes from the top. People are deceitful and will with hold information in order to make them feel more important for knowing and make other look like idiots for not. If you have any self-respect stay away from this place. If you do take the job, enjoy the awesome amount of holidays but keep your resume up-to-date. You will want to be using it again soon.

Cons

Middle management does not have your back. They will bot promote those who are the best qualified. Then when they do promote someone and it doesn’t work out management will let them stay in that position and throw them under the bus to subordinates. Salary levels are below industry minimums for this area. Raise percentages are also below industry minimums.
