      They compensate the staff well. The work culture is fantastic. The upper management is engaged and asks for input from all to continually make improvements to work processes.

      Cons

      High volume atmosphere, high expectations from management. Not a bad thing unless you are not a hustler.

      >Family-oriented and feel for a multi-billion dollar enterprise >Privately owned versus public - no Wallstreet pressure to live and die by quarterly results >Strong benefit and PTO plan

      Cons

      > 401k plan could have a better match compared to some others > Could still make some improvements in the "keep it simple" idea > slow expense report reimbursements compared to some others I've worked for
