Some coworkers are willing to help.

Cons

Corporate office doesn’t know things that are being said. Low level management gossip about employees. Training is mostly nonexistent. People who we are supposed to go to for questions are not interested. Tools to succeed are not provided.

I started off in a call center entry level position and was given the opportunity to advanced my career within the company. Lots of growth opportunity and proven leadership. AmTrust provides a great pathway for you to become successful if you want it.
