Pros

Easy to get hired, located downtown, lots of PTO and holidays off

Cons

Toxic environment, Management only cares about numbers, hard to move up in the company, very low wages for how much work needs to be done, mandatory OT, Audit department grew quickly and did not handle the growth well, very minimal training for auditors even when training is requested by employees.
