Pros

Really good and honest manager, even though my manager is based in another country that’s has not hindered communication. She is easily contactable and made me feel welcome. Crazy amount of holidays 25 days plus UK bank Holidays plus any Jewish Bank Holidays amounts to newly 40 days a year. Great salary nearly 2-3k per year more than national average for the type of work.

Entrepreneurial environment, interactive, held to the highest standards, enjoyable atmosphere

Cons

I truly cannot think of any and I have been here for over 10 years. AmTrust is a classic example of "you get what you give". If you work hard, you will be successful. Help is available when you need it and there is an open door policy.

Great Transition Back to the Office

AmTrust has done a great job of gradually moving employees back to offices -- from announcing the plan well in advance, to preparing the offices with extensive cleaning protocols and even welcome back kits, to providing ample IT resources to help employees get settled back in -- no detail has been overlooked. AmTrust even sent over a Smoothie King truck to celebrate our return! I have enjoyed the opportunity to see colleagues in person and have the serendipitous conversations that are difficult to replicate via MS Teams. The family-like culture at AmTrust makes returning to the office feel like coming home!
