- Good office culture, relaxing, mostly stress free - 18 PTO days and 18 company holidays

Cons

- Company is massively cost cutting IT, with layoffs and outsourcing, with no signs of it stopping - Middle management is trending to micro management due to pressure from upper management - Zero career pathing

The worst company I've worked for

Pros

Only pro is that you get a paycheck.

Cons

No employee engagement, nobody acknowledges you, managers are in their role because they are friends of the family who runs the company, bonuses are not given to everyone, managers know nothing about IT and the company is ran very poorly.
