Benefits/PTO/Atmosphere/Leadership-Supervisors/Extremely Proficient Supervisor with very Clear and constructive feed-back during training/Flexibility with Schedule/Co-workers are willing to help train/Professional team-work atmosphere.

Cons

Parking for new hires (although temporary) has been a slight inconvenience to those working until 5pm.

Well, when I have to travel to Latham it is a little far 3-4 hours. However don't do that too often.
