Very competitive pay, great operation for a “startup” that was sold to Liberty a few years back. Excellent team.

Cons

Systems are somewhat slow but easily manageable.

Pros

Great PTO and Vision/Dental benefits.

Cons

The benefits are minimal, and the workload often feels unrealistic for a standard 40-hour week since overtime is not allowed. Employees are closely monitored/all activity recorded and can feel pressured and overworked. Some staff have felt they needed to work off the clock to keep up with expectations. In California especially, employees have raised concerns about workload and fairness, which creates a challenging environment.

- Provides a good inside view of some of the legal and regulatory matters a large company deals with. - Exposure to several different areas of law and business - Good work environment

Cons

- Not all the work is strictly legal per se - Due to the size of the company, interns need to be very proactive in getting assignments
