there is no proper leadership/ High turnaround

Dysfunctional, no leadership, no vision, no strategy. All C-level folks are related or have been friends for 20 years. No business metrics, everyone operates in chaos and without really knowing what's next. If you see a data scientist or business analyst position, RUN! You will be asked questions like "how do we become more efficient and more profitable?" and will be expected to have answers in less than a week, but you won't be allowed training, you will NOT talk to other people, especially developers, you will NOT talk to product management, underwriting, etc. Worse than prison, glad to be out and breathing again.
